More than just a job, start your career with Redox today.The PositionThis is a fantastic opportunity for a bright and motivated individual to join the logistics team as a Store Coordinator in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This is a full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday 8am-4pm.The position is responsible for:Inventory management - Monitoring incoming purchase orders and container unpacking for the BranchMonitoring pending stock transfers and consignment stocksChecking store reports, entering stock and reprinting store reportsOrganising and writing consignment notesConducting stocktake, analysing and investigating stock discrepanciesStock checks & locations - Organising the product and stock within the warehouseRaise stock conversions and stock transfers for conversionsRaise transfers for the return of empty intermediate bulk containers (IBC's) from customersInvestigate and resolve quality problems in ERP systems Print and despatch Emergency Information Panels (EIP's) About YouThe ideal candidate will display exceptional verbal and written communication skills, an aptitude for math, excellent time management, and be computer literate in the Microsoft suite and online systems.Previous experience in a similar role - warehouse/transport admin, inventory controller etc. Sound understanding of warehousing, shipping and distribution processes. A current Australian forklift licence (LF) preferredA strong eye for detail and the ability to manage and prioritise tasksAble to take initiative and work within company proceduresCompetent in online systems and possess fundamental math skillsPhysically fit and capable of physical lifting of stock as and when required (25kg)Ability to liaise with a variety of people - including customers, transport/shipping companies and across teams/functionsRewards & BenefitsJoining a friendly and supportive team at a time of great opportunity and growthCertified ‘Great Place to Work'!
