Farm & Agriculture Operations Manager

MUST BE A RESIDENT OF GUYANAResponsibilities: • Leading and supervising farm staff • Recruitment and training of employees • Inventory and equipment management • Managing budget and operational expenses • Coordinating orders, deliveries, and customer requirements • Overseeing crop cycles and daily farm operations • Managing farm development projects • Ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency Requirements: • Proven experience in farm or agricultural operations management • Strong leadership and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks • Experience with greenhouses, irrigation systems, or advanced agriculture (advantage)
