𝐙𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐎 Group, the parent company of 𝐙𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐎, 𝐓𝐄𝐍𝟏𝟏, 𝐆𝐀𝐓𝐎𝐍𝐈, 𝐑𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐞, 𝟑𝟔𝟏°, POMELO, SISBURMA, and HYGGE ZONE, planning to extend its potential across the countries, is currently looking for potential and talented candidates for the position of Fashion Design Manager.Responsibilities:Oversee the daily Fashion Design process, procedure, and team performanceManage team to ensure efficiency and results meet expectationsResponsible for giving design direction for the fashion season collection, attending overseas sourcing trips, and training the fashion design team on fashion trend research on colors, fabrication, accessories, etc.Oversee the fitting process and give supplier feedbackKeeping up to date with emerging fashion trends as well as general trends relating to fabrics, colors, and shapesFollow up the entire workflow of the development from themes and concept, presentation of styling, sketches, fitting session, and samplingWork with Fashion Merchandisers in managing the production process from start to finish.
