Senior UX/UI Designer

Key Responsibilities:Design and implement user interfaces for web and mobile applications.Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.Collaborate with product managers and developers to create intuitive, user-friendly software.Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve and iterate on designs.Develop high-fidelity prototypes for user testing and presentation purposes.Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.Work with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent and engaging user experience.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.3+ experience as a UX/UI Developer or similar role.Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with frontend frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.Knowledge of CSS preprocessors like Sass or Less.Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).Experience with usability testing and user research methodologies.Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes.
