Job DescriptionWe would like to recruit top green caliber(s) with minimum 1 year of working experience in professional accounting firms / financial services industry who would like to pursue a long term career in the banking industry. You will receive on-the-job training during the first 12-18 months to gain a thorough understanding of how the Finance and Business Management department operates.As a Finance and Business Management Analyst within the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO), you will receive one-on-one mentorship and hands-on experience in Finance and Business Management. Key functions include Controllers, Financial Analysis, Business Management, Control Management, and Program Management. You may shift across functions and have the flexibility to work with different F&BM managers according to the staffing needs.We offer dedicated CPA/CFA certification support and licensure-qualifying placement. Your direct manager will work with you to identify your next Finance role upon completion of the assignment(s), as you continue to build your career at J.P.Morgan. Job responsibilitiesPartner with senior managers/ team leads, analyzing results and offering insights across performance, strategy, control issues and operating models Shift across functions and have the flexibility to work with different Finance and Business managers according to the staffing needs Ensure the financial integrity of our books and records Manage business objectives Manage the control environment Provide guidance on financial resource management  Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And SkillsMinimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Finance or relevant discipline Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in professional accounting firms / financial services industry Strong communication & presentation skills Attention to detail, results oriented and delivery focused Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Word) Candidate must have intellectual curiosity of banking and finance Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And SkillsTeam player and proactive partnering across teams and functions A self-starter with an excellent attitude, motivation and an ability to learn quickly and to work independently and under pressure in a very dynamic environment Strong analytical, problem solving skills with an ability to multi-task and dynamically prioritize or adapt with ever-changing and sometimes conflicting demands Exceptional critical thinking and problem solving abilities About UsJ.P.
