Job Responsibilities:Accounting: Perform accounting tasks in compliance with French accounting standards, including bookkeeping, invoice issuance, and preparation of financial statements.Tax Filing: Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual tax declarations and payments; implement the group’s tax planning strategies in accordance with local tax regulations.Bank Account Management: Open, update, or close bank accounts as required by business needs.Document Management: Classify, organize, and maintain records of contracts, invoices, customs clearance documents, correspondence, and other related files.Annual Audit: Assist auditors in preparing and issuing the annual audit report.Inventory Management: Conduct quarterly and annual inventory checks to ensure asset safety from an independent financial perspective.Bank Account Operations: Manage the opening and maintenance of bank accounts, purchase bank financial products, monitor returns, and coordinate foreign exchange forward transactions.Headquarters Coordination: Collaborate with the finance team at the China headquarters to complete other assigned local financial tasks as needed.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or above. Local citizens are preferred, but Chinese nationals with legal residency in France for over three years are also welcome. Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.At least three years of related work experience in France, or a degree in accounting, finance, or business management from a French institution.Familiarity with French accounting standards and IFRS; proficient in accounting software, with the ability to accurately issue invoices, manage accounts, and prepare reports. Knowledge of French tax and labor policies is essential.The company headquarters is based in China; the employee should be willing to follow the management policies and procedures set by the China headquarters.
