We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Finance Operations Executive to manage finance-related operations, oversee sales systems, and ensure accurate financial reporting.Key Responsibilities:Oversee sales system operations including daily sales recording, platform-wise sales reconciliation, and payment tracking.Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and variance analysis for management.Monitor inventory costing, GRNs, purchase cycles, and ensure alignment with accounts.Handle vendor management: PO tracking, payment cycles, and ageing reports.Conduct bank reconciliations for multiple channels and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.Support month-end and year-end closing, audits, and compliance documentation.Improve financial processes, SOPs, and internal controls for smoother operations.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.2–3 years of experience in finance/operations roles.Strong understanding of reconciliations, cost tracking, sales systems, and reporting.Proficient in Excel (SAP experience preferred).Analytical mindset, organized, and dependable.Send your resume at careers@nutrilov.com to apply.
