Job Title: Finance Operations ExecutiveLocation: Pakistan (Stately Web Office – On-site)Reports To: Finance Manager (UK) / DirectorsWorking Hours: Full-Time (Aligned with UK Business Hours)Contract: Permanent (subject to performance)Role Purpose:To support the finance department in the UK by managing day-to-day finance operations, including bookkeeping, invoice processing, financial data analysis, reconciliation of payments, and reporting. This role ensures accuracy and transparency in financialtransactions and supports the company’s ongoing operational and commercial activities.Key Duties & Responsibilities:Bookkeeping & Financial ControlMaintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and balances.Update and reconcile financial transactions in Xero.Support the month-end and year-end financial closing processes.Invoice & Payment ManagementPrepare and issue invoices to customers, councils, and local authorities.Manage accounts receivable and follow up on overdue or underpaid invoices.Monitor accounts payable and support processing of supplier payments.Liaise with the UK finance team regarding approvals and reconciliations.Data Analysis & ReportingExtract and analyse care delivery data from CareLineLive.Cross-reference commissioned care packages with actual hours delivered.Identify discrepancies and escalate issues where necessary.Generate performance, revenue, and invoice tracking reports for senior management.Compliance & Record KeepingMaintain accurate and structured financial filing systems.Ensure data is managed confidentially, securely, and in line with company policy.Support auditors and compliance checks where required.Skills, Qualifications & Experience:Essential:Proven experience in finance operations, accounting, or bookkeeping.Strong working knowledge of Xero (or similar accounting systems).Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, filtering, formulas, lookups).Excellent organisational and administrative skills.High attention to detail with ability to identify discrepancies in figures.Ability to work independently and manage workload to meet deadlines.Desirable:Prior experience working with CareLineLive (training provided if needed).Experience working with UK-based finance or invoicing processes.Understanding of local authority funding structures (advantage but not essential).Performance Expectations:Accuracy of financial entries and reports.Timeliness in invoicing and payment tracking.Efficiency in data management and reconciliation activities.Proactive communication and task ownership.Send your CVs hereEmail: m.fahim@statelyweb.comPhone: +923352141642
