The role oversees statutory and management reporting, treasury, and compliance across the company’s loan portfolios.Some Key ResponsibilitiesLead monthly and annual financial reporting in line with AASB and lending industry standards.Strengthen internal controls, financial policies, and process efficiency.Lead automation of finance operations and optimisation of technology to improve efficiency and generation of business insights.Manage cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and debt covenant compliance.Support capital raising and lender reporting obligations.Effectively manage a small team.About YouYou are a qualified, experienced professional, with demonstrated experience in complex financial reporting and corporate governance roles. You should enjoy working in a close-knit, established team where you will bring your technical expertise to compliment the balance of skills we already possess.
