Founded on deep customer-focused ethos with a vision of empowering our clients with unparalleled Quality and Innovative solutions.About the RoleAs a Fire System Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate the installation and implementation of fire protection systems on project sites. Your primary responsibility is to ensure all fire safety works—including sprinklers, hydrants, alarms, extinguishers, pumps, and related equipment—are executed according to project specifications, safety standards, and local regulations. You will supervise daily site activities, monitor contractor performance, resolve on-site issues, and ensure that all fire protection tasks are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule. This role requires strong site supervision skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain effective communication with project teams and stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily fire protection installation activities on-site.Ensure fire protection systems (sprinklers, hydrants, pumps, alarms, extinguishers, etc.) are installed according to project drawings and specifications.Inspect work quality and compliance with local fire codes, safety standards, and relevant regulations.Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of fire protection tasks according to the project schedule.Coordinate with project managers, MEP teams, contractors, and vendors to resolve site issues and clarify technical requirements.Conduct routine inspections, testing, and verification of installed fire systems before commissioning.Prepare daily/weekly reports on work progress, issues, and inspection findings.Ensure all site personnel follow safety protocols related to fire protection works.Support site meetings, toolbox talks, and coordination sessions related to fire protection scope.Assist in documentation and handover processes for fire protection systems.Required Skills & QualificationsDiploma or vocational background in Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection, or related field (Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required).Minimum 2–5 years of experience in fire protection installation or site supervision roles.Strong understanding of fire protection systems: sprinklers, hydrants, pumps, alarms, extinguishers, and related equipment.Familiarity with NFPA standards, local fire codes, and safety regulations.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and installation manuals.Strong site supervision skills with hands-on experience in managing contractors.Excellent attention to detail and commitment to work quality and safety.Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors.Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines.Proactive and solution-oriented mindset when handling on-site issues.
