About the Role:  The Fleet Lead is responsible for the  operational management of the organisation’s fleet assets, ensuring optimal utilisation, compliance, safety, and cost-effectiveness. This role will lead a team of fleet coordinators and work closely with procurement, operations, and commercial teams to support service delivery and business growth. Day to day you will: Operational Management Oversee day-to-day fleet operations including vehicle allocation, maintenance, and servicing. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., CoF, WoF, RUC, insurance). Manage relationships with external suppliers, leasing companies, and service providers. Team Leadership Lead and develop a team of fleet coordinators and support staff. Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Fleet Systems & Reporting Maintain accurate fleet records and data in fleet management systems. Monitor KPIs and produce regular reports on fleet performance, utilisation, and costs. Drive digital transformation and automation in fleet processes. Risk & Compliance Ensure all fleet activities comply with health and safety regulations. Manage incident reporting and vehicle-related insurance claims. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments.
