Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Colombo for a Senior Vehicle Maintenance Executive. The role entails overseeing vehicle maintenance operations, ensuring timely servicing and repairs, managing maintenance schedules, and monitoring the condition of the vehicle fleet. Responsibilities also include coordinating with service providers, maintaining accurate maintenance records, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and optimizing vehicle performance and cost efficiency. Qualifications Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, servicing, and repair processesExperience in managing maintenance schedules and maintaining detailed recordsFamiliarity with safety and regulatory compliance related to fleet operationsProficiency in problem-solving, attention to detail, and time managementExcellent communication and coordination skillsAbility to work collaboratively with teams and third-party service providersBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field is preferredPrior experience in a senior vehicle or fleet management role is a plus
