Job ResponsibilityPreparation of tour itineraries / costings as per the client requirementsCommunicating with guests while they are in the countryCoordinate with local hotels & service providers with regard to toursMaintaining & cultivating professional & friendly working relationship with all internal staff members, tour guides / chauffeursAssisting in any other project directed by the managementJob RequirementsExposure to tour operations with 6 months to 1 years’ experienceKnowledge of the sights & sounds of Sri LankaExperience in planning & executing tour itineraries independentlyAbility to work efficiently under pressureFluency in spoken & written EnglishProficiency in MS Office 365Knowledge of the OKLO system is an added advantage.
