IE Costing Executive - Ebony Holdings

Key roles:• Conduct time & motion studies to define Standard Minute Values (SMVs)• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure cost effective product development.• Monitor cost variances and support cost-saving initiatives.• Analyze labor, material, and overhead costs for continuous improvement.• Support capacity planning and line balancing based on cost data.• Maintain data and prepare detailed operation breakdown for new and existing products.Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.• 2-3 years of experience in product costing (preferably in industry)• Strong Excel skills and knowledge of ERP & GSD.• Solid understanding of lean manufacturing and time study techniques. • Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities.
