 Accounts ExecutiveJoin a Leading ISO & WHO–GMP Certified Manufacturing Group!Established in 2012, we are a well-recognized group of companies in Sri Lanka engaged in the manufacturing of diagnostic medical devices and technical plastic products for the export market.We are currently seeking a competent and dynamic individual to join our team as an Accounts Executive at our Malabe, Colombo facility.(Female candidates are encouraged to apply.)Key ResponsibilitiesHandle cheque payments, petty cash, and bill settlements accurately and on time.Perform payment reconciliations and maintain proper documentation.Support the preparation of monthly management accounts and other financial reports.Coordinate with suppliers for payments and maintain proper communication records.Assist in audits, fact-checking, and resolving any accounting discrepancies.Liaise with banks for various financial transactions and related tasks.Prepare import costings and update data in the ERP system.Provide necessary financial documentation for tenders and government orders.RequirementsDegree in Accounting or B.Com, or part qualification in a professional accounting body.Familiarity with basic accounting principles.Proficiency in computers and accounting software.Strong time management, verbal, and written communication skills.Minimum 2 years’ experience in a related field (an added advantage).Ability to multitask, stay motivated, and maintain a positive attitude.Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.How to ApplyPlease send your resume with two non-related referees and a recent photograph within 7 days of this advertisement.Manager – AdministrationPlastica International (Pvt) Ltd
