Apply to find out more.About You:You are a strategic thinker and results-driven professional with a strong track record in customer onboarding or implementation projects at a senior consultant or team leader level. You are proactive, resilient, and able to create structure in complex environments, confidently driving initiatives forward even when facing ambiguity or resistance. You take ownership of your work, focusing on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement, and are comfortable challenging senior stakeholders to ensure accountability and success.Day-to-Day, You Will:Lead improvement programs across key metrics such as Time to Value (TTV), transactional NPS (tNPS), and delivery effort, ensuring consistent outcomes across SoftCosIdentify performance gaps and challenges within SoftCo portfolios, providing clear, data-driven recommendations to drive improvementOversee the implementation and adoption of strategic changes to the FlightPath methodology across multiple teamsMonitor FlightPath systems, methodology, and data standards, ensuring processes are correctly embedded within SoftCo operationsHold senior stakeholders accountable for achieving FlightPath KPIs, and work with leadership to secure resources for projects and remove blockers when they occur Produce insightful reports and dashboards to track performance trends, identify risks, and highlight opportunities for improvementFacilitate cross-SoftCo collaboration, knowledge sharing, and the adoption of best practices to continuously improve onboarding excellenceYour skills and experiences might also include:Proven experience in customer onboarding or implementation projects at Senior Consultant or Team Leader levelDeep understanding of all aspects of the onboarding process, from sale to go-live and handoverConfident communicator capable of challenging and holding senior stakeholders accountableExpertise in programme design, able to translate strategic objectives into comprehensive improvement programmesStrong analytical skills, able to interpret and derive insights from complex datasetsChange management experience, successfully driving adoption of new methodologies and processes across multiple teamsExcellent stakeholder management, building credibility and influence with Customer Success and Professional Services leadershipWhat are we all about? The Access Group is one of the largest UK-headquartered business management software providers.
