It is a Founder’s Office role involving coordination, documentation, cross-functional alignment, and execution of important projects.You will act as the Founder’s right hand — ensuring clarity, speed, and accuracy across the organisation.This position offers rare exposure to strategy, operations, product development, and business scaling within a fast-moving consumer brand. Ideal for candidates who are organized, tech-savvy, communication-strong, and eager to learn how a startup scales from the inside.Key Responsibilities1. Founder’s Office OperationsManage Founder’s daily workflow, priorities, and scheduleTrack projects and tasks across all departmentsPrepare reports, dashboards, summaries, and key briefsOrganize and maintain structured documentation in Google Drive2. Communication & DocumentationDraft written communication on behalf of the FounderPrepare formal emails, MoMs, proposals, and presentationsConsolidate data from multiple stakeholders for decision-makingEnsure version control and accurate documentation practices3. Cross-Functional CoordinationAct as a central communication bridge between teams (Design, Operations, Production, HR, Finance, Marketing, Quality)Capture updates, align deliverables, and run structured follow-upsCoordinate with external partners, agencies, vendors, and consultants4. Strategic & Special ProjectsSupport Founder on new product launches, operational improvements, and scale-up initiativesAssist with research, competitor insights, and data compilationSupport investor-related documents, decks, and compliance follow-upsContribute to ERP/HRIS/process improvement projects and implementations5.
