hackajob is collaborating with OneAdvanced to connect them with exceptional tech professionals for this role.The Renewal Analyst will be responsible for managing and executing renewal transactions across One Advanced global customer base. This role plays a critical part in securing recurring revenue, supporting customer success, and contributing to our long-term customer relationships. The Renewal Specialist will collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance to ensure timely and accurate renewals.What You Will DoManage the end-of-the-end renewal process for a portfolio of existing customers, ensuring timely and accurate renewals.Understanding of Multi-year agreements and interpretation of the of the terms and conditions relating to renewals.Ensure compliance with pricing guidelines, contractual obligations, and approval policies.Proactively identify and flag renewal risks or delays to the Team manager.Forecast renewal bookings and maintain accurate renewal data in Salesforce and internal reports.Understanding of complete Lead to Billing process.Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Operations and Sales) to resolve issues and remove barriers to closing renewals.Support continuous process improvements and system enhancements related to the renewals lifecycle.Performing termination and reductions based on SLAs in-line with the internal policies.What You Will HaveMinimum 4 years of experience in SaaS renewals, sales operations or customer success.Strong understanding of recurring revenue models, subscription licensing, and quoting tools (CPQ, Salesforce, etc.).Excellent communication with the ability to influence customer decision-makingDetail-oriented and organized; able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.Data analysis of the report - Renewals in backlogs, current and in future.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with CRM/ERP systems such as Salesforce and NetSuite.Proactive, eager learner able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or work experience.What We Do For You Wellbeing focused - Our people are our greatest assets, and ensuring everyone feels their best self to come to work is integral.
