Franchise Developer

We are now looking for a motivated Developer to join our team in the Netherlands and play an important role in accelerating our expansion across the market.Johnny's Burger is part of QSRP (Quick Service Restaurant Platform) - delivering great food experiences to our 100 million customers annually through our 1500+ restaurants and 7,000 employees throughout 9 key countries. Our product offering proudly represents a culturally diverse selection of Burgers through our US-style Burger King and Belgian-rooted Quick restaurants, French style O’Tacos, Vibrant burger brand G La Dalle, Dunkin: the world leader in coffee and donuts and Chopstix: one of the most recognized Asian QSR brands in the UK.Key Responsibilities:Report directly to the Founder and collaborate closely with the management team.Scout, evaluate, and secure new locations that align with JB’s strategic growth plan.Lead and manage the franchise (FZ) recruitment process, from prospecting to onboarding.Support and coordinate the construction and project management of new developments.Conduct initial discussions with potential franchisee candidates and guide them through the process.Proactively approach targeted leads to explore partnership or conversion opportunities.Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.Serve as a key representative of JB in the Netherlands, embodying our values and long-term vision.Qualifications & Skills:Proven experience in business development, real estate, franchise development, or project management (hospitality, retail, or F&B preferred).Strong network and understanding of the Dutch market.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach.Fluent in Dutch, English is a strong plus.Why Join JB:Be part of a fast-growing and entrepreneurial organization.Work directly with the Founder and leadership team on high-impact projects.Opportunity to shape JB’s expansion journey in the Netherlands.Competitive compensation package and growth opportunities.
