Freelance IT Program Manager

For a global logistics customer in Brussels, I am searching for a freelance IT Program Manager to lead large-scale technology programs supporting digital transformation, operational efficiency, and customer experience initiatives across Europe. You will oversee multiple interrelated IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, timely delivery, and compliance with global standards.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage complex IT programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and budgets.Define program scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.Coordinate cross-functional project teams across multiple locations and time zones (Europe, US, and Asia).Manage dependencies, risks, and issues across all projects within the program portfolio.Develop and maintain detailed program plans, schedules, and status reports for senior management.Ensure compliance with IT governance, cybersecurity, and data privacy standards.Partner with vendors and service providers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of technology solutions.Drive continuous improvement in project management processes, tools, and communication frameworks.Lead change management and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes.ProfileMinimum 7+ years of experience in IT project or program management, ideally in a multinational environment.Proven track record managing large-scale software implementation, infrastructure, or digital transformation programs.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid).Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.Experience with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, data platforms, or logistics technology preferred).Working knowledge of ITIL or similar service management frameworks.Additional DetailsSENIORITY: SeniorSTART DATE: DecemberDURATION: 6-12 MonthsEXTENSION: Depends on collaborationCONTRACT: FreelanceLOCATION: BrusselsONSITE POLICY: 3 days per weekHOURS PER WEEK: 40LANGUAGES: Fluent English and Dutch and/or FrenchINTERVIEW PROCESS: 2 stagesIf you are interested, please forward your updated resume to jay.kukoyi@vividresourcing.com to be considered.
