Brainotech IT Solutions — a Germany-based IT services provider delivering worldwide on-site IT and network support through our global network of freelance engineers.We are currently hiring for one of our international clients for Freelance Level 1 Network Support Engineers to handle on-site dispatch tasks in Sofia Bulgaria.🔧 Role OverviewAs a Network L1 Support Engineer, you’ll be responsible for handling on-site, ticket-based support tasks. This includes troubleshooting, installations, migrations, and general IT/network support. Tasks are dispatched on-call and scheduled during weekday business hours only (no weekend or after-hours work).📋 Project DetailsContract Type: FreelanceDuration: 1 year (with possible extension)Work Type: On-call, on-site dispatchCompensation: Based on task duration (hourly, half-day, or full-day rates)Basic Must-have Tools: Windows laptop, console cable, Ethernet cable🧠 Key ResponsibilitiesPerform rack and stack installations for networking equipmentConfigure and troubleshoot switches, routers, and connectivity issuesManage structured cabling, patching, and printer supportProvide console access and assist in system migrations/deploymentsHandle imaging/re-imaging and other IT/network-related field tasks as dispatched 🎓 Preferred (Nice to Have)CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA certification (or currently pursuing) ⚠️ Please Note:Tasks are assigned on-call and scheduled only during weekday business hours.
