To support growing demand from our customers, we are looking for freelance recruiters who want to earn based purely on results. We'll provide you with InMails and some of the most exciting customers and roles.What You Will DoUse the LinkedIn InMails we provide to source and engage candidates for specific roles.Identify strong matches using your own judgment, supported by our AI tools.Coordinate introductions so candidates can move directly to interviews with our customer.Keep a simple, clear record of outreach and interview progress.How You EarnWe give you a set number of InMails for outreach.You are paid a success fee for every candidate who completes an interview with our customer.No placement requirements, no hourly work.
