Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk representative located in Qesm AEON towers, 6 October. The responsibilities include greeting and assisting visitors, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing outstanding customer service. The role requires maintaining a professional presence, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring smooth front desk operations while adhering to the company's high standards. Qualifications Strong proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist DutiesExceptional Customer Service and Communication skillsBasic to advanced Computer LiteracyProfessional demeanor and excellent organizational skillsFluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plusExperience in a front desk or customer service role is preferredAbility to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain composure under pressure
