Job Description

ResponsibilitiesDrive end-to-end executive support, including calendar management, meeting orchestration, and travel coordination.Serve as primary liaison between the country manager and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring crisp communication in Chinese and English.Prepare high-impact reports, presentations, and briefs to streamline decision-making.Manage confidential files, leadership correspondence, and follow-up workflows with rigor.Lead logistics for business trips, client meetings, events, and operational reviews.Monitor priorities, deadlines, and deliverables to keep the country manager fully aligned and focused.Facilitate cross-departmental alignment and ensure timely execution of strategic initiatives.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Al-Alsun (Chinese Department), languages, or a related field.Native or fluent Chinese speaker with excellent command of EnglishMinimum 4 years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in multinational or high-growth organizations.Strong mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital productivity tools.Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, anticipate needs, and operate with a high sense of ownership.Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management capabilities.High resilience, discretion, and integrity in handling sensitive information.Strong time-management skills with a track record of managing competing priorities under pressure. Conduct research, compile insights, and support business operations as needed.
