In the context of the Identity and Access Management roadmap, our client wants to implement a new infrastructure allowing to manage the identities, accounts, accesses and roles across the different entities (health insurance funds and unions) within the organization.Primary Tasks And Responsibilities Lead and facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders to gather and validate business, functional, and non-functional requirements. Translate business needs into clear, structured, and actionable requirements aligned with IAM best practices. Develop and document the Target Operating Model (TOM) in alignment with the IAM strategy. Produce high-quality documentation in accordance with the company's standards. Facilitate stakeholder reviews, approvals, and sign-offs on requirement documents. Provide expert input to architects and technical teams on IAM-related topics.Secondary Tasks And Responsibilities Support the definition and refinement of IAM processes and governance models. Collaborate with IT service providers and internal teams to ensure alignment with project goals. Assist in change management and communication activities related to IAM adoption. Contribute to the continuous improvement of IAM practices and documentation standards.Technical Profile Requirements Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Business or Functional Analyst in IAM projects. At least 10 years of experience in IT Security. Strong knowledge of IAM concepts, processes, and technologies. Experience with IAM platforms such as ForgeRock OpenAM, Omada, UserCube, Microsoft AD/Azure AD, IBM, Saviynt, SailPoint, HitachiID. Familiarity with hybrid IT environments (on-premise and cloud). Proficient in writing technical and functional documentation in English. Solid understanding of security principles including IAM, PKI, OWASP, reverse proxy, network security, and Secure Development Lifecycle. Mandatory knowledge of federation protocols: SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect in multi-tenant/cloud environments. Experience working with external IT service providers. Knowledge of IBM iSeries, Linux, and IBM Unix security is a plus.Non-Technical Profile Requirements Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders. Ability to explain complex IAM concepts to non-technical audiences. Analytical mindset with a structured and detail-oriented approach. Team player with a proactive and collaborative attitude. Fluent in French and/or Dutch, with a good working knowledge of English.Methodology/Certification Requirements Familiarity with standard IT project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid). Certifications in IAM or Security (e.g., CISSP, CISM, TOGAF, SABSA) are considered a strong asset. Experience with requirements management tools and modeling standards (e.g., BPMN, UML) is a plus.Language proficiencies French and Dutch ( native speaker of one the national language and good knowledge of the other language) English
