This role is responsible for monitoring game performance, analyzing player behavior, and providing actionable insights that drive product improvements and business growth.Location: 100% remote from SerbiaResponsibilitiesTrack, measure, and analyze in-game metrics including player engagement, retention, conversion, and monetization.Work closely with product managers, designers, and the economy team to identify improvement opportunities in game flow and user experience.Develop dashboards and automated reports in Tableau or similar BI tools.Conduct A/B tests and evaluate the results to support product decisions.Provide deep-dive analyses into feature performance and player segmentation.Contribute to forecasting, KPI tracking, and data validation processes.Translate data insights into clear recommendations for the product and marketing teams.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.2+ years of experience as a Data or Game Analyst in a gaming, iGaming, or digital entertainment company.Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Tableau (Python or R is a plus).Experience analyzing user behavior, monetization patterns, and game design metrics.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
