Wordpress Developer Team Lead

We are seeking a business-oriented and pragmatic technical leader to take full ownership of our WordPress ecosystem and development team.This is a "player-coach" role for a hands-on leader who can balance high-level architectural strategy with day-to-day team mentorship. You will be the bridge between our business goals and our technical execution, responsible for driving outcomes, not just managing a process.What You'll Do:- Understand and Drive Business Outcomes: You will be responsible for the technical levers that drive the business. This includes owning key metrics such as Core Web Vitals, organic growth, and the user journey.- Drive Technical Decisions: You will own the technology stack, from high-level architecture to low-level implementation. You must deeply understand and be able to articulate how technical choices affect business performance, reliability, and future growth.- Lead and Mentor a Team: You will lead our team of WordPress developers, fostering a culture of ownership and pragmatism. Your primary role is to unblock, support, and elevate the skills of your team.- Interface with Product: You will act as the key technical partner to our Product Managers.
