Senior Front End Developer

We are looking for a Senior Front-End Developer to help build innovative insurance products using React.js. You will be a key member of the development team, contributing significantly to the front-end architecture. In this role, you will provide sound technical recommendations, implement best practices, and continuously elevate the quality, scalability, and performance of our products. What You’ll Be Doing:Investigate and implement optimal technical solutionsOwn complex UI features end-to-end, including requirements, UX discussions, technical design, implementation, testing, rollout, and observability.Define and maintain coding standards and design patterns for scalabilityDevelop and execute front-end unit testsManage the entire software development lifecycle for front-end components (develop, test, refactor, PR review, QA test, UAT, release)Integrate front-end with RESTful servicesCreate visually appealing and responsive user interfaces using HTML and CSSApply Agile principles and participate in Scrum or Kanban processesProactively identify and implement codebase improvementsContinuously enhance UI/UX based on user feedback and industry best practices What We’re Looking For:At least 5 years of experience in front-end development, including 3+ years working with React.jsExtensive experience and strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript, React, React HooksProficiency with libraries such as Redux, React Router, React Hook Form, React Query, Material UI, StorybookExperience writing front-end unit tests (ideally using Jest and React Testing Library)Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycleHands-on experience consuming RESTful APIsSolid knowledge of HTML and CSSExperience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban)Ability to take ownership, make technical decisions, and mentor other developersA proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and innovation 📍 Locations: North Macedonia, SerbiaYou can find more about the benefits by visiting our careers page: https://www.oipinsurtech.com/careers/
