Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a General Ledger Manager, based in Cairo. Key responsibilities include overseeing general ledger activities, ensuring accurate financial closings, maintaining proper accounting records, managing fixed asset reporting, and collaborating on tax preparation tasks. The role involves maintaining compliance with accounting standards and providing critical business control insights to support decision-making processes. Responsibilities also include leading and mentoring relevant team members.QualificationsStrong expertise in Closings, Accounting, and ensuring compliance with financial standards.Proficiency in managing Fixed Assets and overseeing accurate financial reporting.Experience in Business Control, including financial analysis and supporting business decision-making.Experience in (Development or Construction) is a Plus.Experience 5+ years.Knowledge of Tax Preparation processes and regulatory compliance requirements.Demonstrated leadership abilities, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment.
