Job Description:We are looking for an Overseas Business Development Manager to expand and maintain partnerships with overseas airlines and OTA (Online Travel Agency) platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong business negotiation skills, an international perspective, and deep understanding of the airline or OTA industry.Responsibilities:• Build and maintain cooperative relationships with overseas airlines; negotiate flight seat procurement and special fare agreements.• Develop and manage business partnerships with domestic and international OTA platforms, ensuring effective collaboration and stable growth in ticket sales.• Track cooperation data such as booking volume and seat utilization; analyze results and optimize cooperation strategies.• Coordinate with internal sales, product, and operation teams to support marketing activities and ensure smooth business collaboration.• Conduct market research on airline policies, regional trends, and competitors, and provide data-driven insights for management decisions.Requirements:• With 3+ years of experience in the airline, travel, or OTA industry.• Proven experience in negotiating with international airlines or managing partnerships with major OTA platforms.• Strong communication, business negotiation, and project coordination skills.• Fluent in English (working proficiency required); additional language skills are a plus.Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a cross-cultural environment.
