You’ll work side-by-side with our Director of Partnerships & Strategic Philanthropy to source, secure, and scale the funding that drives our legacy-level vision.This role offers real influence, rapid growth potential, and a seat at the table as we design the capital blueprint that will drive JPG Enterprises' impact for the next decade— and beyond.🔑 Key Responsibilities*Identify and track high-value public, private, and federal funding opportunities aligned with JPGE’s multi-sector portfolio Write compelling, high-conversion grant proposals rooted in vision, voice, and results-driven storytelling Support outreach and relationship development with grantmakers, foundations, and philanthropic partners Manage grant submission calendars, compliance deliverables, and reporting deadlines Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to align funding strategy with programmatic and business growth goals Contribute to big-picture strategy, including capital structuring, multi-year funding planning, and cross-sector alignment *Experience with federal grants strongly preferred (e.g., ED, SBA, NIH, HUD, DOE, EPA, HHS, or equivalent funders).🧠 Preferred Qualifications4+ years of grant writing experience with a proven track record of funded proposals, including experience with federal or government grant programs.Deep understanding of philanthropic capital, foundation funding cycles, and institutional giving best practices Exceptional written communication skills — can sell a vision through story, structure, and detail Entrepreneurial spirit — thrives in fast-paced, founder-led environments Highly organized with experience using grant management tools or CRMs Bonus: experience navigating both nonprofit and for-profit funding models Passionate about innovation, equity, and helping bold ventures get the fuel they need to scale Education: Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred) in Business, Communications, Public Administration, or a related field -- or equivalent combination of education and experience.💼 Compensation & Benefits**100% Commission-Based: Competitive commission structure with tiered bonuses provides lucrative opportunities for each successful grant secured. Exceptional Earning Potential: Performance and partnership value directly determine earnings—no ceiling on success. Executive-Level Influence: Direct collaboration with the CEO and senior leadership in shaping a global capital ecosystem. Hybrid Flexibility: Enjoy a friendly, high-performance environment designed for autonomy and results. Access to Global Investor Networks: Engage with high-impact capital forums and cross-sector partners worldwide. Health & Wellness Benefits: Eligibility begins following successful onboarding (typically within six months). Path to Leadership: High-performing candidates may transition into a management/executive role or have the opportunity to build an internal team under their leadership.  **Compensation Transparency: This is a 100% commission-based role with milestone bonuses and exceptional earning potential.
