Global Human Resources Director

Our client is a leading global company recognized for its award-winning creative content.This role represents a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing, dynamic environment where creativity, strategic thinking, and people leadership intersect to shape the future of the business.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent priorities.Lead initiatives that support growth and scalability across global teams.Foster an inclusive, high-performing culture that supports creativity and collaboration.Lead programs that enhance engagement, diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI), and well-being.Oversee performance management and leadership development processes.Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance issues, and HR policies.Ensure compliance with employment laws and practices across multiple regions.Partner with Legal and Finance on contracts, compensation, and HR documentation.Identify and develop high-potential talent and emerging leaders.Partner with Learning & Development to deliver training programs that build skills and leadership capability.Create career growth and retention strategies to strengthen organizational capability.Required8–12+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 4 years in a leadership role.Experience supporting creative, technology, or high-growth organizations.Strong knowledge of HR strategy, employment law, and organizational design.Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, global environment.Experience in a global or matrixed organization.HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or CIPD).Passion for creative industries and people-centered cultures
