Key ResponsibilitiesHR Strategy & LeadershipDevelop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices that align with organizational goals.Partner with senior management to identify workforce needs and align HR initiatives with business objectives.Recruitment & OnboardingOversee end-to-end recruitment processes for on-site and corporate positions, including leasing, maintenance, and administrative roles.Develop job descriptions, conduct interviews, and ensure effective onboarding and orientation for new hires.Employee RelationsServe as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues; provide guidance on performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement through communication, training, and recognition programs.Compliance & Risk ManagementEnsure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, including FLSA, FMLA, OSHA, and fair housing standards relevant to property management.Maintain accurate employee records and oversee HR audits and reporting.Training & DevelopmentIdentify training needs and coordinate employee development programs to enhance performance and retention.Support leadership training for property managers and supervisors.Compensation & BenefitsAdminister payroll, benefits, and compensation programs in coordination with finance and external vendors.Conduct market research to ensure competitive pay and benefits structures.HR Systems & ReportingManage HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.Track key HR metrics such as turnover, retention, and employee satisfaction.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in the property management or real estate industry.Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.Experience supporting multi-site operations or regional teams is highly desirable.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification is a plus.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
