Job Description

Agency Graphic Designer Fully Remote£40-45kWhile the work is quite corporate, the team isn’t.You’ll be joining a group of designers who produce graphics for global events and internal communications. They’re used to working in professional environments where brand integrity matters and the stakes are high, but that doesn’t mean the day-to-day is dry. It’s a genuinely close-knit group, they’re sociable, collaborative and full of the kind of people who share ideas easily and look out for one another. They care about doing good work, and they care about each other too.The design team sits within a larger creative function and reports into the head of design and video. You’ll be working for an events and comms agency, with a variety of briefs coming in from different stakeholders across major global clients. Much of the work is driven by brand guidelines, so you’ll need to be comfortable designing within set parameters, but there’s also scope for creativity and a chance to influence the look and feel of key campaigns. You’ll be someone who’s worked in an agency environment before and understands the pace, variety and quality that comes with that. You’ll be confident producing professional visual work across a range of formats, including digital decks, event branding, internal campaigns and presentation design. What matters most is that you have an eye for detail, an instinct for layout and a portfolio that shows you know how to bring clarity, consistency and confidence to every visual you create. You’ll get plenty of great benefits too. From day 1 private medical to great training progression opportunities and everything in between, this is a business that went remote during COVID and never looked back. They’ve taken the money they were spending on office space and invested it into employee benefits, because looking after their people is the main priority. If that sounds like your kind of set-up, we’d love to see your work. Apply using your CV and portfolio, simple as that. I’ll be in touch one way or another.
