This role will be central to producing high-quality visual assets that support our global marketing campaigns across digital and print channels. You’ll work closely with our marketing and sales teams to ensure our brand identity and design-led ethos are reflected across all communications.This role is advertised as a full-time, on-site position. We believe in finding the best talent, so while this is our preference, we are genuinely open to discussing part-time hours or other flexible working arrangements for an exceptional candidate.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and produce digital advertising assets for Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Pinterest campaigns.Create brochures, catalogues, and printed marketing materials consistent with brand guidelines.Develop social media content (static and motion graphics) to support global brand storytelling and product launches.Design and optimise Amazon A+ and brand store content, ensuring consistency with other digital channels.Support the creation of visual assets for email marketing, landing pages, and website content.Collaborate with marketing managers, copywriters, and external agencies to deliver cohesive campaigns.Maintain brand consistency across all materials and platforms.Skills & ExperienceMinimum 2–3 years of graphic design experience, ideally within a premium or design-led brand.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere Pro or After Effects a plus).Strong understanding of digital advertising formats and best practices for Meta, Google, and Pinterest.Experience creating Amazon A+ content and adapting assets for e-commerce platforms is preferred.Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design.Interest in fitness, design, or lifestyle brands is advantageous.Benefits IncludeCompetitive Salary + BenefitsFlexible Working HoursNest Pension SchemeProfessional Development BudgetWorkplace Gym
