With a global presence and a focus on transformation and digital enablement, Bell delivers technology and consultancy services across multiple sectors.The group Head of FP&A will lead the Financial Planning & Analysis function, delivering strategic insight, robust forecasting, and data-driven support to the senior leadership team. This is a critical role that drives financial visibility across the organisation and supports effective decision-making as Bell Integration continues to scale and evolve its services.Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & ForecastingLead the group’s budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.Partner with senior leaders to align financial plans with strategic objectives.Develop rolling forecasts and scenario modelling to support business agility.Business Performance AnalysisDeliver insightful monthly management reporting, KPIs, and variance analysis.Provide commercial and financial analysis to support pricing, investment decisions, and cost optimisation.Own the company’s financial model, ensuring it accurately reflects current performance and forward outlook.Business PartneringAct as a trusted advisor to business unit leaders, providing financial challenge and support.Support major bids, contracts, and new business opportunities with financial modelling and margin analysis.Team LeadershipManage and develop a high-performing FP&A team.Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and commercial thinking across Finance.Systems & Process ImprovementOptimise FP&A tools, dashboards, and processes to enhance automation and efficiency.Champion the use of data and analytics in financial decision-making.Work closely with IT and Finance Operations to ensure integrity of reporting systems.Key Skills & ExperienceQualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).Proven experience in a senior FP&A role, ideally within a fast-paced, service-based or technology business.Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; experience with planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, TM1) preferred.Experience working with international entities and multi-currency environments.Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.Leadership experience, with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams.Desirable AttributesExperience in IT services, systems integration, or consultancy sectors.Exposure to private equity environments or M&A activity.Demonstrated ability to operate in a dynamic, high-change environment.Protecting your privacy and the security of your data is a longstanding top priority for Bell Integration.
