The firm has a strong track record of backing ambitious management teams and delivering value across a diverse portfolio of sectors. With a dynamic and hands-on investment approach, the fund is now seeking to hire an Investment Associate to support its continued growth.This is a full deal coverage role, offering broad exposure across origination, execution, and portfolio management. You will work as part of a lean investment team, gaining significant responsibility and direct access to senior decision-makers, while building on your foundation in transaction services and financial due diligence.THE ROLE:Support the origination and evaluation of new investment opportunities across the growth space, focused on the South East of England.Lead detailed financial modelling and analysis to assess potential transactions.Drive execution workstreams, including due diligence coordination, deal structuring, and negotiations.Engage directly with management teams and external advisors throughout the investment process.Contribute to ongoing portfolio management and value creation initiatives post-investment.THE REQUIREMENTS:Corporate finance or Investment banking experienceStrong analytical and financial modelling skills with the ability to assess investment opportunities in detail.Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to work effectively with senior stakeholders.Demonstrable commercial acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset.A genuine passion for growth investing.
