We are a small, agile team looking for a dedicated client champion to help us scale our impact.About the RoleWe're looking for a proactive and strategic Account Manager (Marketing) to own the client relationship and drive the successful execution of our content marketing campaigns. This role is perfect for a highly organized individual who loves managing projects, building strong client partnerships, and working with cutting-edge technology.You will own the end-to-end success of a portfolio of clients, acting as their trusted partner and ensuring our services deliver tangible business results. You won't just manage accounts; you will be instrumental in executing strategies, refining our AI-driven operational processes, and ensuring we can deliver exceptional value as we scale.What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)Client Ownership & Success: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients. Build strong, trusted relationships by proactively strategizing and executing on tasks that move the needle for their business.Project & Campaign Execution: Manage the entire client project lifecycle, from onboarding and strategy implementation to performance analysis and reporting. You will ensure all deliverables are completed to a high standard and on a tight timeline.AI-Powered Workflow Management: Become an expert in our proprietary AI tools and workflows. You will orchestrate and control 'AI-workers' to complete jobs and tasks, ensuring quality and efficiency. A key part of your role will be differentiating between high-quality AI output and "AI slop."Process Optimization & Scaling: Help streamline and create new processes to scale our capabilities. You will identify opportunities to use AI to automate tasks, reducing manual workload and allowing you to operate at 10x the normal industry output.Strategic Collaboration: Work directly with the founder to translate client goals into actionable plans and contribute to the ongoing refinement of our service delivery model.What We're Looking For (Requirements)Proven experience in a client-facing role such as account management, client success, or project management. Experience in a digital marketing agency, B2B SaaS company, or a fast-paced startup is a strong plus.Exceptional project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage tight timelines and multiple competing priorities.A "builder" mindset with a passion for creating and refining processes to improve efficiency and scale.A strong interest in and aptitude for using AI tools (like ChatGPT, Claude, etc.). You are a fast learner, curious about new technologies, and excited by the potential of AI.Excellent communication skills.
