Responsibilites IncludeAssisting in the formulation of integrated media communication strategies for clients’ campaignsPlanning and monitoring clients’ advertising campaigns across all media platformsLaunching optimized online advertisements to increase brand awareness and driving key performance indicatorsYou'll identify the appropriate media platforms/channels that will best deliver your client's brand or product communication objectives, and management of the process. By combining creative thinking with data analysis you'll develop appropriate strategies to ensure that campaigns reach their target audiences as effectively and efficiently as possible.Integrated Communications Planners Will Work WithOffline: Press, television, radio, outdoorOnline: Digital platformsOthers: New media, bespoke media, or other platforms; integration with creative, production, public relations, and branding as requiredJob briefWe are looking for an experienced Integrated Communications Planner, with focus on Digital media to assist in the planning, execution and optimisation of our clients’ online and offline marketing and communication efforts. Digital marketing efforts should complement other media platforms, for a holistic approach and strategy.The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing, consumer behaviours, numerical and technology. You will be well-versed in the concepts of digital marketing and an aptitude for understanding consumer behaviours through research. You will be tech-savvy, resourceful, creative and critical thinking to help pland and manage our clients’ campaigns.ResponsibilitiesAs an integrated communications planner, you'll need to:work with clients and the account team to understand the client's business objectives, marketing, and advertising strategyliaise with the creative teams, clients, and consumers to develop media strategies and campaignsdata and research analysis using industry resourcesidentify target audiences and analyse their characteristics, behaviour, and media consumption habitsdevelop proposals and present them to clientsmake and maintain good contacts with media and platform partnersmeasure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics etc.)evaluate the effectiveness and management of campaignscampaign performance reportsRequirementsProven experience as Integrated Communications Planner or similar roleExcellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practicesExperience with B2C social media, Google Ads, digital campaigns and SEM preferredWorking knowledge of ad serving and web analytics tools preferredHaving good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skillsA good grasp of literacy, for writing reports and presentationsA good grasp of numeracy, for data analysis and negotiationsStrong analytical and organisational skillsThe ability to work with IT resources such as databases and spreadsheets, for the collection and management of informationBSc/BA/Masters in psychology, marketing, mass comm or relevant field
