Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product and Business Development, you will have the opportunity to implement go-to-market launches and marketing campaigns that will further the brand reach amongst the key target audience of families with kids. This hands-on role offers exposure in stakeholder management, brand-growth strategy, and creative content development, providing a comprehensive learning experience in driving brand-building efforts for a growing IP brand. Key ResponsibilitiesManage Go-To-Market communications for mission launches – Liaise with internal team of designers to develop creatives to support mission launches, copywriting for communications including but not limited to website, email newsletter and social media. Work closely with Product team to ensure timely go-to-market for missions. Drive awareness and traffic to Ranger Buddies missions across all mission locations through digital efforts.  Upkeep social media brand awareness – Work with team of designers and integrated marketing agency on content development for always-on social media, including supporting on-site production shoots. At times, to also be responsible for capturing content to be used on social media.  Monitor key metrics for social & digital platforms – Compile post-mission reports and/or ad-hoc reporting of results across all digital platforms.   Conduct industry / competitor research and analyses – Be on constant look-out for marketing and social media trends that can be used for brand building, identify key competitors and determine areas of learning that can be applied.   RequirementsCurrently pursuing or recently completing a degree in Marketing, Communications or related field. Pro-active, great team player, strong initiative with a positive attitude and a curious mind that is willing to learn.  Able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns at once within required timelines. Keen eye for design, detail-oriented and meticulous, and able to do basic copywriting with AI assistance. A strong interest in sustainability and a commitment to environmental stewardship. Love for wildlife and a passion to shape the future generation is a plus. Basic knowledge of management of social media platforms – Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & TikTok. Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and HubSpot is a plus.
