Location: Melbourne (Hybrid)Type: Full-timeReports to: Head of MarketingWant the opportunity to build, scale, and direct the personal brand of Forbes’ #1 Business Mentor in Australia and AFR Young Rich Lister with 1.2M Instagram followers?We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic, and highly capable Head of Content to lead the content engine for the Aaron Sansoni Group International (ASG). This is a senior role for someone who knows how to run a content machine end-to-end while still being willing to jump in, shoot, edit, direct, and travel when needed to ensure the content pipeline never slows down.This role blends content strategy, production leadership, and direct execution. You will be the owner of Aaron’s entire content ecosystem across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and Facebook, ensuring that every week, high-quality content is planned, captured, edited, published, and performing.You’ll be working directly with Aaron and leading a small team including a videographer and short form editor. You will guide them, but you’ll also be in the trenches with them to ensure the strategic direction is met and the content output stays elite.This is not a typical “content manager” role.
