This role blends technical jewellery knowledge with luxury retail finesse.Key ResponsibilitiesManage supplier relationships, production workflows, costings, and quality controlSupport product development with our Creative DirectorMaintain accurate inventory across retail and e-commerceDrive sales performance and deliver exceptional VIP client experiencesSupport boutique operations, visual merchandising, and event preparationProvide insights on product performance and client trendsAbout You3–5+ years in fine jewellery, luxury retail, or jewellery manufacturingStrong understanding of jewellery production processes; CAD interpretation a plusProven sales ability and client relationship skillsHighly organised with exceptional communication and presentationProfessional, polished, and adaptable in a fast-paced environmentPreferred: bench jeweller or goldsmithing background, GIA certification, luxury CRM experience.
