We cover the latest in culture, style, tech, fitness and more, and we’re entering an exciting new chapter as we expand into podcasts, premium video and new storytelling formats.About the RoleWe’re looking for a creative, data-driven, and hands-on Head of Social & Production to lead Man of Many’s video, social, and podcast content strategy.This is a hybrid leadership and production role. You’ll guide the overall direction of our multimedia output while also jumping behind the camera to help shoot, record, edit, and elevate the craft of every project.You’ll manage a small internal team and a network of freelance editors and creators, working closely with our Editor-in-Chief and Head of Branded Content to ensure every piece of content is innovative, on-brand, and audience-first.What You'll DoDevelop and execute a multi-platform social, video, and podcast strategy.Lead content planning, scheduling, and creative ideation across YouTube, podcasts, Instagram, TikTok and other social channels.Be hands-on in production, shooting video, recording audio, directing, and editing short-form and long-form content when required.Manage a team of in-house and freelance content producers and editors, providing creative direction and technical support.Analyse performance metrics and audience insights to guide creative direction.Oversee production budgets, timelines, and deliverables.Collaborate with Editorial and Branded Content teams to deliver cohesive cross-platform storytelling.Stay ahead of digital trends and identify new growth opportunities.What We're Looking For6+ years’ experience in social, video, or multimedia production (preferably within media or publishing).Strong, demonstrable technical production skills in camera operation, lighting, audio and editing.Proven ability to grow audiences and deliver engaging digital content.Deep understanding of social trends, analytics, and audience behaviour.Experience managing creators, producers, or external contractors.Strong creative instinct.
