With 59 villages across Australia and an expanding development pipeline, we’re shaping a future where lifestyle, connection and peace of mind come together.We’re now seeking an experienced and commercially astute Head of Corporate Finance and Treasury to lead our corporate finance, treasury and strategic planning functions, with accountability for capital structure optimisation, funding strategy and liquidity management across the organisation. This is a pivotal role supporting Levande’s ongoing growth, investment evaluation and capital management strategy.About The RoleThis position oversees corporate modelling, budgeting and forecasting, valuation, investor reporting, and treasury management. You’ll deliver high-impact insights that guide investment decisions, shape strategic direction, and strengthen financial governance and compliance.Key Responsibilities IncludeCorporate Modelling: Own and maintain Levande’s corporate financial models, including sensitivity and scenario analysis, to support investment decisions, capital allocation and long-term planning.Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the consolidated annual budget and rolling forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and accurate performance tracking through relevant KPIs and drivers.Valuation and Investment Analysis: Conduct valuation analysis, market research and due diligence to support strategic projects, acquisitions and divestments. Lead internal and external valuation processes and prepare analytical insights for senior decision-makers.Investor Management: Prepare reports and in-depth analysis for investors, fund managers and the Board. Act as a key liaison for investor queries and ensure clarity and accuracy in financial commentary and recommendations.Treasury Management: Lead Levande’s treasury function, including capital structure design, cash and liquidity management, debt compliance, refinancing activities and lender engagement, ensuring the organisation’s financial resilience and strategic funding capacity.Leadership and Collaboration: Lead a high-performing team, partner across Finance, Sales and Marketing, and Development, and champion continuous improvement, automation and efficiency initiatives across financial processes.About You.You’re a strategic finance leader with a strong technical foundation, excellent commercial judgment and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights. You bring credibility and confidence when engaging senior stakeholders and external partners.You’ll BringExtensive experience across investment banking, corporate finance, management consulting or treasury, ideally gained within a large corporate or multinational environment.Deep expertise in valuation methodologies (DCF, WACC) and corporate modelling.Advanced proficiency in Excel financial modelling and PowerPoint, with exposure to Power BI or similar analytics tools.Proven experience leading budgeting, forecasting and investment appraisal processes.Strong expertise in capital structure design, cashflow and liquidity management, debt financing and refinancing frameworks.Exceptional stakeholder engagement and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.Demonstrated leadership capability, developing high-performing teams and fostering collaboration across diverse business areas.Desirable: Experience in the property, development or retirement living sectors will be highly regarded.Why Join LevandeThis is a unique opportunity to influence the financial strategy of one of Australia’s leading retirement living providers.
