Our collaborative, values-driven culture means every team member plays a vital role in our ongoing success.Key responsibilities include:Overseeing all financial accounting activities including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and general ledger.Leading monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting - ensuring accuracy, compliance, and insight.Preparing statutory financial statements and managing external audits.Acting as the technical accounting expert and advisor to senior leadership.Managing tax and compliance obligations (FBT, BAS, payroll tax, superannuation).Driving process improvement and automation across reporting, forecasting, and controls.Managing cash flow, working capital, and financial risk.Mentoring and developing a small but capable finance team.Partnering with operations and leadership teams to provide financial insight and commercial support.The Ideal Candidate:CA or CPA qualification (essential).Proven technical accounting skills, ideally with Big 4 or had prior public accounting experienceUnderstanding of AASB/IFRS standards, internal controls, and statutory compliance.A process improvement mindset with the ability to challenge and enhance existing ways of working.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Go-getter attitude.
