The project consists of a 2,600m2 aquarium featuring freshwater species, as well as, a 600,000-liter saltwater aquarium. The project also covers 10 hectares of outdoor Zoological (animal) exhibits and attractions.The project emphasizes on education as well as providing an entertainment venue catering to national and international tourists visiting the Siem Reap area.Role DescriptionThe Head of Finance is responsible for overseeing all financial operations within the hospitality organization exactly of Aquarium Botanical and Zoological. This role ensures financial stability, compliance, and profitability by managing budgets, forecasting, reporting, and strategic financial planning. The Head of Finance acts as a key advisor to senior management, driving decisions that balance guest satisfaction with sustainable financial growth.Head of Finance Department with the responsibilities as follows:·       Financial Strategy & Planning.·       Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning.·       Cost Control & Profitability·       Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.·       Coordinate with other head of departments, in finance matters to ensure an effective management of the financial resources according to the AWA procedures·       Adhering the compliance of finance policies and procedures·       Ensure payables and income collection are managed smoothly and efficiently in accordance with AWA procedures and with accuracy and completeness. ·       Ensure that transactions are processed accurately in the system for financial report purpose·       Tax compliance is a must for both expenses and incomes·       Financial Operation & Report to BODsQualifications·       Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or CPA/ACCA /IFFRS preferred).·       5-10 years of progressive finance experience in Finance and Administration, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.·       Office management and providing support experiences·       Strong knowledge of hospitality industry and main accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements.·       Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.·       A knowledge of preparing tax payment through E-Filling System·       Experience with NSSF payment for all staff to follow government requirements·       Skill in using QuickBooks/ Accounting system/ POS, set up chart account/classes, generate reports, breakdown reports, …..·       Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.·       Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy ·       Ability to work under pressure and work as part of a team·       Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.·       Clear communication skills, written and oral, in Khmer and English·       Honest and reliable person·       Strong leadership, communication skill with other head of departments and all stakeholders ·       Strong drive for results and effective financial resource management
