Senior CGCC Portfolio Management Officer

Position Description‍‍Responsible for operation work with CGCC for loan submission to get approval, daily monitoring on the account performances, NPL resolution engagement, and assessment strengthening.‍DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY‍Loan submission for getting approval from CGCC, including answering the questions and providing supporting documents based on CGCC requirements.Monthly bill payment to CGCC, including payment of the annual guarantee fee, anniversary fee, and penalty fee.Process administrative request to CGCCMonitor and review the document for loans overdue under CGCC.Prepare monthly report and overdue report to CGCC.Process loan claim under CGCC.Tracking daily report loan under CGCC.Perform other processes for loans under CGCC.Perform other duties as assigned by management.‍QUALIFICATIONBachelor's Degree in Banking & Finance, Economics, or Business Administration is required.At least 2 years of experience in the lending or credit field in a local commercial bank/MFI, especially involving SME segments.Good in Microsoft Word & Excel.Comprehensive underwriting skills with at least 2 years of working experience as a credit analyst or in a quality control function in Bank/MFI.High Command in judgement and analysis skillAbility to work with mathematical concept such as probability and statistical inferences, market and business analytics, etc.Skill in problem solving and negotiation is advantageous.‍How to apply Interested and qualified applicants should submit your updated Cover Letter and CV stating the position applied for with your current photo (4x6) through hr@canadiabank.com.kh‍
