Job Title: Officer-Credit AnalysisLocation: Phnom PenhDeadline: 31-December-2025Salary: Based on Qualification and ExperienceRole Overview: The Officer–Credit Analysis is responsible for assessing the creditworthiness of motor loan applicants by reviewing financial information, credit history, and relevant supporting documents. The role supports accurate lending decisions, ensures compliance with internal policies, and works closely with sales and underwriting teams to enable smooth loan processing.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct credit evaluations for motor loan applicants by reviewing financial statements, income sources, credit histories, and relevant documents.Prepare credit assessment reports and recommendations for review by senior credit staff or the Credit Committee.Verify the completeness and accuracy of motor loan application documents and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.Coordinate with Sales, Underwriting, and other relevant teams to support timely loan approval and processing.Monitor basic market trends related to motor loans and identify early signs of credit risk.Communicate with customers to gather missing information and clarify credit-related requirements.Support the implementation of credit policies and participate in internal training to enhance credit assessment skills.Perform other credit-related tasks as assigned by management.RequirementBachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.Minimum 1–2 years of experience in banking, leasing, or microfinance—preferably in credit assessment or underwriting.Basic knowledge of credit analysis, risk evaluation, and financial document review.Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively under supervision.Good communication and teamwork skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.How To ApplyCandidates could send CV and Cover Letter to the address: #243-244, St. 598, Toul Sangke, Khan Russey Keo, Phnom Penh.Email: jobs@hfcmfi.com.khContact number: 078 415 333/086 777 439 Only short-listed candidates will be contacted for an English test and an interview.
