Head of Financial Planning and Analysis

A Global Manufacturing Company is looking to hire a Head of FP&A to lead the finance function for the organization. This is a hands-on leadership role that will set and execute strategy one day and build reports and perform financial analysis the next. This is a high exposure role that will work closely with Senior Leadership, Private Equity Sponsors, Sales, and Operations to execute on the following:Build enhanced reporting and analysis for business performance, KPIs, and business driversLead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processPerform scenario and "what-if" analysis to guide business decision-makingPrepare detailed reporting and analysis to senior leadership and private equity sponsor monthlyCreate financial models, detailed reports, and financial analysis to provide meaningful insights into business drivers and business resultsIdentify ways to improve processes and create efficiencies across the finance functionUtilize SAP and Power BI to streamline the data collection, reporting, and analysis processesTrain, mentor, and lead a small finance teamThe Head of FP&A must possess the following:BS in Accounting or Finance; MBA a plus10+ years of progressive FP&A experienceManufacturing industry background requiredExperience working for a small to mid-market company requiredPrior experience dealing with private equity ownership strongly preferredSAP knowledge requiredExcellent Excel skillsStrong communication and presentation skills**Position is remote with approximately 40% travel
