Head of Operations – Boutique Hedge Fund - **ABU DHABI BASED**

A quant strategy, Abu Dhabi based boutique Hedge Fund, with a sizeable AUM, are looking to hire their first ‘Head of Operations’.Currently, the firm have a COO, a financial controller and an operations analyst on non-investment – the new hire will form the layer between the analyst and COO. He/she will take weight off the COO with regards to oversight of outsourced service providers, remaining hands-on BAU operations tasks and it will free up time to provide the trading desk with better analysis and commentary. The hire will also work on infrastructure development projects during a period of expansion.Candidates should have 5-10yrs minimum experience working in hedge fund operations (the role is not open to sell-side candidates). It is essential that the hire is currently working for some form of quant / systematic / high-volume multi-asset trading firm.The role will offer the hire an attractive step up on his/her current London base salary and a 50%+ bonus potential – all compensation will be tax-free.
